November 26, 2009 General Director of JSC "Locomosky" Viktor Prokhorov, the General Director of "Bedford Group", Vladimir Voroshilov signed an agreement for the supply of aerostatic termoballasted vehicle ("locomoskyner") with lifting capacity of 60 tons.

On November, 24th, 2009 Dmitry Medvedev signed an executive order on the development of the innovative project of a heavy-duty dirigible "Locomoskyner"on the basis of aviation industry enterprises of Ulyanovsk.

The Third International Exhibition of transport industry "Transport of Russia - 2009" as a part of activity program devoted to the 200th anniversary of Transport Department and transport formation in Russia took place in the Central Exhibition Hall "Manege" in Moscow, from November 19, 2009 to LocomoSky" company exhibited the model of the aerostatic thermoballasted flying vehicle "Locomoskyner" in the area of innovative projects.

"LocomoSky" company participated in the VIII International Investment Forum in Sochi as a part of the Ulyanovsk Region display.  Traditionally this region presents innovation projects in the Forum in Sochi. This year the exposition was consolidated around the idea - "Ulyanovsk is an aeronautic capital of Russia".
