"Bedford Group" Company for more than 15 years has been specializing in the market of transport service of large and heavy cargo. Its clients are Gazprom, Rosneft, energy-generating company, OMZ, Power machines and other mechanical-engineering corporation.

The use of these vehicles will solve the problem of expenditures connected with construction and assembling operations by shifting the balk of them to the manufacturers of equipment and removing the enormous costs for mobilization of labor power and construction equipment in remote regions. Times of delivery will be cardinally reduced by one order of magnitude, by optimizing the way: the manufacturer - the construction site, a flexible approach to the transportation of oversized cargo, excluding seasonal factors and the need for transshipment from one mode to another, as well as eliminating the need in coordination of routes and way preparation.

JSC "Locomosky" is an engineering company, which problem includes designing and manufacturing of aerostatic thermoballasted vehicle. In August 2009 the company signed a cooperation agreement with the Government of the Ulyanovsk region and now has started to prepare the construction site in the industrial zone "Zavolzhe". For project realization in Ulyanovsk subcompany CJSC Experimental Design Bureau (EDB) "Locomosky" was created.

Within the limits of State Council performance, on November, 24th, 2009 in the city of Ulyanovsk, the President of Russia Dmitry Medvedev be acquainted with the project and maintained  this  innovation branch, giving an appropriate instructions to the Government of Russian Federation.
