It is a reminder that for the purpose of the signed agreement at the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2009 an industrial base for the first experimental prototype production will be provided in Ulyanovsk, and then lines of the heavy-lift vehicles will be produced. "Locomoskyner" is designed primarily for the territory development of  Siberia, Far East and it also helps to save a lot of money, as it is not needed to create the necessary infrastructure, including roads. ATLA also makes it possible to broaden business opportunities and transport block-modular constructions from the place of assembling to the place of direct installation. The vehicle is vital in the arias of emergency, including fire fighting. Should the trial be successful, the first network of aerostats with high-capacity (up to 600 tons) would be arranged, for their production it is planned to found a special-purpose assembly facility in Ulyanovsk.
