Kirill Liats is a Chairman of Board of Directors, a General Director of the group of companies "Metaprocess". Не graduated from the Moscow state university named after M.V. Lomonosov in sociology in 1992, and from the Postgraduate center of MSU named after M.V. Lomonosov. He has a solid experience of management in large companies: a vice-president of the financial company "Petroleum investment house", a strategic development director of "Incorporated machine-building factories",(IMBF) the director of the IMBF oil and gas department , a chairman of the board of directors of All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Drilling Technique(VNII), general director of the Joint-Stock company (ZAO) "IMBF-Oil-refining capacitive equipment". Nowadays  the group of companies "Metaprocess" is a young flourishing company, setting itself up on the market of integration of chemical engineering services, design and complete turnkey furnishing of bulk and low-tonnage gas chemistry objects. Within the group there is the oldest enterprise of the atomic brunch -The External-economic Union "Atomoenergoexport" and "Locomoskay" company, which deals with design, construction and operation of multi-purpose airships and aerostatic balloons.
