Production and operation of cargo dirigibles of the "LocomoSky" company, including arrangement of the industrial network of cargo aerostats- high-capacity and multipurpose "Locomoskyners", is a way to solve many problems of heavy oversized cargo transportation. 

Usage of distribution pipelines, highway, railway and water transport in the context of remote northlands is connected with a set of technical-and-economic difficulties: high labour intensity , expensiveness, impossibility of automobile and brunch railway lines construction, seasonal nature of water transport service, high cost of plane and helicopter service, limited functional capabilities of pipelines, etc.

Cargo vehicles of the "LocomoSky" company are an unrivalled opportunity of practical application - transportation of about 600 tons cargo on board for 5 thousand kilometers. In spite of dead weight and cargo weight, the vehicle is fully controlled, manoeuvring and is able to alight on any plain surface at any time. It makes a "Locomoskyner" a right hand during the execution of construction and assembly work in the remote areas. Only this type of aircraft saves the pilots from facing any sort of contingency while landing. Airports are no longer necessary, mooring masts are all the more.
